Excessively Diverting blog award

We feel greatly honoured to be nominated by not just one, but two fellow 18th century bloggers!  We have been nominated by Herr Mozart from Prima la Musica and the lovely Mrs Woffington. The award is, in the words of Jane Austen Today, “to acknowledge writing excellence in the spirit of Jane Austen’s genius in amusing and delighting readers with her irony, humor, wit, and talent for keen observation. Recipients will uphold the highest standards in the art of the sparkling banter, witty repartee, and gentle reprove”. I should probably make some kind of speech at this point, but I’m rubbish at writing them, So here are my seven nominees! If you are one of the below, post the badge on your blog, linking to the person who nominated you, then nominate seven other blogs that you feel uphold the standards set forth! Nominees may place the Excessively Diverting badge in their side bar and enjoy the appreciation of their fellow blogger for recognition of their talent.
